The design of NICON was developed to preserve the crestal cortical bone by decreasing cortical compression during implant insertion thanks to the PLATFORM SWITCHING concept already integrated into the implant design. The double-start thread spirals around the implant body at a more pronounced angle than conventional threads.
This allows for faster full implant placement and better primary stability.

Its narrow and conical apex facilitates insertion into the socket and allows the insertion axis to be modified effectively.

NICON and NICON PX are identified by color code. The colors are found in the surgical kit and identify the diameter of the implants. It is produced with a single prosthetic connection for diameters from 3.5mm to 5.2mm.
